Brooke Ashley Pangrass
December 1985 - June 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Brooke Ashley Pangrass (Boos) on June 8, 2022. Words are too imperfect to describe our beautiful wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend.
Brooke was born in Peace River, Ab., to Tracy and Ozzie Boos on December 16, 1985. Growing up in Manning, Ab., Brooke was always surrounded by family and friends. Whether it was helping on the farm, tending to or playing with brothers and cousins or being with them on the river, Brooke thrived on being around those she loved.
At 19 Brooke met the love of her life Jamie Pangrass. The two married and created a beautiful family that are their three boys; Rodrick (15), Wade (13) and Jake (10). Whether it was attending their sports events, vacations or just goofing around the house, Brooke was a committed mother and cherished every moment of their lives.
Brooke is predeceased by her father Ozzie Boos, grandparents Bill and Nancy Boos, grandmother Lois Simpson, brother Michael Boos (Caelin), and father-in-law Wes Pangrass.
She is survived by her husband Jamie, sons Rodrick, Wade and Jake, her mother Tracy and stepfather Alden Johnson, siblings Cody (Jessica) Boos, Jordan (Shannon) Boos, Wyatt (Boos), Eric Johnson, Aaron Johnson, grandparents Herb and Myrna Simpson, father Kelly (Francine) Quick, siblings Daryl, Scott, Alicia (Nolan), nephew Emmett, mother-in-law Wendy Pangrass, brother-in-law Chris (Cheryl) Pangrass, niece Maddie, nephew Harrison as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Brooke was often described as a “ray of sunshine”. Her smile, quick wit and energy will truly be missed by all.
A service to commemorate Brooke’s life will be held at Sherwood Park Alliance Church, Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 2:00 pm.
